Additional terms and conditions may apply in order for You to avail specific Fpay Services and to specific portions or features of the Fpay Platform, including contests, promotions or other similar features, it makes all of which terms a part of these T&Cs by this reference. You agree to abide by such other terms and conditions, including where applicable representing that you are of sufficient legal age to use or take part in such service or feature. If there is a conflict between these T&Cs and the terms posted for or applicable to a specific portion of the Fpay Platform or for any Fpay Service offered on or through the Fpay Platform, the latter terms shall control regarding Your use of that portion of the Fpay Platform or the specific F-pay Service. F-pay may change any F-pay Services offered on the F-pay Platform, or to the applicable terms for any such F-pay Services, without notice. The materials on the F-pay Platform regarding the F-pay Services may be out of date, and F-pay makes no commitment to update the materials on the F-pay Platform regarding such F-pay Services. The following terms also govern and apply to your use of the F-pay Platform, and they are incorporated by this reference:

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at support@fpay.net.in to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address: F-pay assumes no responsibility and shall incur no liability if it is unable to affect any payment instruction(s) on the payment date owing to any one or more of the following circumstances:

● If the payment instruction(s) issued by You is/are incomplete, inaccurate, invalid and delayed;

● If the payment account has insufficient funds/limits to cover for the amount as mentioned in the payment instruction(s);

● If the funds available in the payment account are under any encumbrance or charge;

● If Your bank or the National Clearing Centre refuses or delays honouring the payment instruction(s);

● If payment is not processed by biller upon receipt;

● Circumstances beyond the control of F-pay (including, but not limited to, fire, flood, natural disasters, bank strikes, power failure, systems failure like computer or telephone lines breakdown due to an unforeseeable cause or interference from an outside force).

In case any transaction is not effected for any reason, You will be intimated about the failed payment by an e-mail.

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATION

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
